We help Eastern-European companies create and launch brands in Western countries.

We have years of experience working in the Eastern European markets and we also support Western brands that want to be successful in Eastern Europe, Russia and other CIS countries.

our approach.

Clients often tell us that our approach to work is unique and sets us apart from others but to us it is second nature. Being naturally inquisitive means that we like to learn as much as possible before putting pen to paper and we have found that strategy helps establish a platform for creating design with impact.

Our approach to work utilises research and strategy as the foundation to creating design with impact. Our most successful projects were created when we were involved in a project from brand idea conception.

our people.

Maria Chugrova

Founder

Maria, a Russian and British national, an international brand expert with many years of experience of consulting Western and Eastern European companies in creating or revitalising brands and find their unique voice in crowded and highly competitive markets.

Having worked for several years in a leading branding agency IDENTICA Maria decided to set up London Brand Consulting (“LBC”) in order to provide the best of British strategic and design services to both established and new Eastern European companies in their domestic markets and international expansion.

Another objective of LBC is to support Western companies who want to expand into Eastern Europe and CIS and need to adopt or establish their brand locally.

Gareth Andrews-Jones

Strategic Director

Gareth has worked with brands ever since graduating from Oxford in 1988, starting his career with Whitbread and moving on to International Brand and Marketing Management in the Wine and Spirits Division of Allied Domecq.

It was at Allied Domecq, while working with global brands such as Beefeater Gin, that he developed his interest in ensuring that all elements of the communication mix were consistent with brand positioning. In so doing, he won awards for both PR and sponsorship campaigns. He also worked on the development of the group’s White Spirits Strategy in Global Duty Free and championed the roll out of Crown Jewel gin in this channel.

With LBC Gareth developed brand strategy and positioning for such brands as Morosha, Khortytsa, LEAF, amongst many others.
